Return & Refund Policy

At Stylia, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be requested.


1. Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

    • The product must be in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Stylia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact us at connect@stylia.in or call +91-9136855457 within the return window.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and supporting images/videos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions along with the return address.

🔹 Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product delivered by Stylia


3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Stylia reserves the right to deduct handling or restocking charges where applicable.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color are allowed, subject to product availability.

  • To request an exchange, follow the return process and clearly mention exchange instead of refund.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose between:

    • A refund, or

    • Store credit


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing connect@stylia.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, as deemed appropriate.

⚠️ Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
