Return and Refund Policy


1. How do I initiate a return?

To start the return process, please send an official email to connect@stylia.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, detailed contact information, and a brief reason for the return.

2. When will my items be picked up for return?

Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the items within 2-3 business days after your request. If unsuccessful after three attempts, you will need to self-ship the items to claim a refund.

3. How long does the inspection and refund process take?

Upon arrival at our warehouse, it takes 3-4 business days to inspect and confirm the condition of returned items. Upon acceptance, we will initiate your refund.

4. What are my responsibilities regarding the returned package?

Please keep the package intact in unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

5. How soon will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 6-7 business days, after deducting a flat β‚Ή249 for shipping and operations. Please note, refunds are initiated only after the item passes our internal quality check. This QC process takes 3-4 working days once the returned item reaches our warehouse.

6. What happens if my item fails the quality check?

If an item does not meet our quality standards, it will be returned to you with shipping charges of β‚Ή249/-. Please ensure product labels remain undisturbed.

7. What should I do if I receive wrong items?

Email us at connect@stylia.in Β within 7 days of delivery with pictures and videos to substantiate your claim, and we will arrange pickup without deducting β‚Ή249

8. What should I do if I receive damaged items?

While our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch, damages may occur during transit. We kindly request you to opt for a replacement in such cases. Refunds will incur a logistics cost of β‚Ή249/-.

9. Are there any products not eligible for refund?

Please note that masks, umbrellas, and customised apparel cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations and the personalised nature of these products. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

10. When does the refund initiation timeline start?

Refunds begin within 7-8 business days from receiving your shipment, following a quality check.


11. How long does it take for the refund to reflect in my account?

Typically, refunds are credited within 4-8 days after initiation, depending on external agencies like banks and payment gateways.

12. What is the mode of refund?

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (online banking, credit card, debit card).

13. What if I paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)?

After receiving your shipment, we will request your bank details via email for refund processing. Please provide these details securely.

14. What should I do if I don't receive my refund?

If the credited amount is delayed or not received, contact your bank with the provided refund ID & RRN (Refund Reference Number) and initiate a dispute with your bankΒ
