At Stylia, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be requested.
1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

The product must be in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, altered, or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Stylia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return request:

Share your order number, reason for return, and supporting images/videos (if applicable).

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions along with the return address.
🔹 Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:

A defective product

A damaged item

An incorrect product delivered by Stylia
3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Stylia reserves the right to deduct handling or restocking charges where applicable.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are allowed, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, follow the return process and clearly mention exchange instead of refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing connect@stylia.in with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, as deemed appropriate.
⚠️ Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
